PRC (Plaza Research) was founded in 1982 and now has 14 premier focus group and product testing facilities across the U.S. They are currently seeking Medical Assistants and Medical Receptionists in California to participate in a new study to better understand perspectives on medical-patient interactions and challenges and opportunities for fostering trust and collaboration in patient care. Proof of employment will be required in order to participate in this study. This will be a 2-hour webcam Zoom focus group that pays $300 for receptionists and $400 for assistants. The study will take place on April 30th at 6 PM PST.
