They are currently seeking developers nationwide who use a cloud service provider to participate in a new study about where and when personalized content would be helpful in the user’s activation journey. This will include learning more about current user behavior in searching, problem-solving, and service adoption, and gaining feedback on new designs showing users various materials to understand content and design preferences.
